The session started on time, with 5 people in attendance.

Dr. Newby presented an overview of the GIR status, including the document status and an introduction to information retrieval on the Grid.

Dr. Paul Kim of Dongkuk University reviewed his document on experimentation with reconfigurable dynamic virtual organizations for GIR. This document will be submitted via the mailing list for further discussion and review.

The session ended on time, with an invitation for attendees to make sure they are on the gir-wg mailing list, and to keep their eyes open for the new experimental document by Dr. Kim.
